All assembly invitations, passes, and tasting allocations are strictly personal and non-transferable. Identity hashes and government identification are verified at the estate entrance gate. Passes may not be resold, gifted, or exchanged.
Photography, videography, audio recording, and social media broadcasting are strictly prohibited within all assembly estates. Mobile devices are inspected and secured in Faraday pouches upon entry to protect the confidentiality of attendees.
Exact GPS coordinates, gate entry codes, arrival windows, and private chauffeur logistics are transmitted 48 hours prior to verified messaging handles (Signal/Telegram) or encrypted email.
All specific dietary restrictions, allergies, and pairing preferences must be submitted via encrypted concierge form no later than 7 days prior to assembly date. Custom modifications cannot be accommodated on-site during live-fire services.
Due to the strictly capped 40-seat allocation threshold and advance cellar procurement, reservations are non-refundable. In exceptional verified circumstances, allocations may be deferred to a future assembly upon concierge approval.
